Junior & Senior Infants and First & Second Class pupils had the best day ever at Stonehall Visitor Farm and Wildlife park, in Curraghchase, today with our fantastic guide Sinéad! We met, and learned about, all the animals before having super fun on the bouncy castle and go-karts🦉🦙🦚 We didn't even notice the rain ☔ 🤩 Then stopping off in Loughill Playground was an added treat 🤩🥳

🌍🏆⚽️4th/5th Class have been getting into the World Cup spirit by taking part in a whole-school fun sweepstake. Each class member was assigned a country and has been eagerly following their team’s progress throughout the tournament. Other classes & staff took part in our interactive ‘Open the Box‘ activity too!
Using the iPads, the children researched their assigned countries, learning about their culture, landmarks, and sporting traditions. It has been a great way to combine the excitement of the World Cup with geography, and everyone is looking forward to seeing how their teams perform!🏟️⚽️🌍
