⭐️Fantastic day in school yesterday as we welcomed some of our Kerry Camogie stars.
⭐️Past pupil Róisin Quinn was accompanied by Rachel McCarthy and Shannon Collins.
⭐️The girls spread awareness to the importance of sports in our lives, the joys of being part of a team and the necessity to have fun in sport.
⭐️We wish them the very best in all future competitions.

🏃🏻♀️The children had a fantastic evening taking part in the St Brendan’s Athletic Club Primary Schools Sports 2026 in Ardfert.
🏃🏼♂️They showed great enthusiasm, determination, and team spirit across all the events, from sprints and relays to long jump, shot put, turbo javelin, and distance races.
💪🏻Each child gave their very best effort and represented the school with pride. It was wonderful to see their confidence, sportsmanship, and encouragement for one another throughout the competition.
🥇Whether winning medals, qualifying for the next stage, or simply taking part and trying their hardest, every child should be very proud of their achievements.

🪐🔭4th/5th Class enjoyed learning about The Solar System recently. They designed their own planets & what they imagine life would be like living there.
🌍🚀🌕They watched videos & learned about the recent Artemis II - crewed lunar flyby mission.
It was the first crewed flight of the NASA-led Artemis program and the first crewed flight beyond low Earth orbit since Apollo 17 in 1972.
📚They also read a picture book as Gaeilge which is based on a space robot called ‘Míp’, and its adventures into space.
