🏛️📚 Local History Projects!🌟📖👩🏼💻
5th class have been busy completing a range of group projects exploring the rich local history of Kilflynn. They researched Crotta House, St. Columba’s Centre, Tobar Flainn, St. Teresa’s N.S and, more recently, The Kilflynn Enchanted Fairy Festival. 🏡⛪🧚
Through teamwork, research and creativity, the pupils discovered more about the special places, people and traditions that make our local community unique. They did a fantastic job of presenting their findings to the class on Friday📝👏😊

🌟September Assembly🌟
We had our first assembly of the year! It was great to gather together again
🙏We began with a prayer to St. Teresa marking her feast day
🎒Mrs. Falvey welcomed everyone back to school
🎂July, August and September birthdays were celebrated
🏆 The pupils shared their many wonderful achievements in the various activities they take part in
🏃Ms. Conway told the pupils all about #ActiveSchools Run Around Europe iniative. We will track our laps of the AstroTurf to make our way around Europe on foot!
